THE CHALLENGE

Tot Coffee had a wealth of ideas and a distinct personality, but limited time and bandwidth to translate that into a consistent social media presence. With just the owner running the operation, there was no dedicated space for filming, editing, or content planning, and without a background in social media, keeping up with trends and platform strategy felt out of reach, leading to minimal posting. Monthly batch shoots produced a steady flow of close-up, raw, and visually distinctive reels that captured the drinks, the details, and the personality behind the brand.
